Miss Kenyatta Bell

Kenyatta Bell was born December 8, 1996 in Tampa, Florida to Tomeka Leggett and the late Kenny Bell.

Kenyatta was called home by the Lord on Sunday, April 13, 2025.

A home going celebration for Kenyatta Bell will be held Saturday May 10, 2025, at 11am, at Harmon Funeral Home 5002 North 40th Street Tampa, FL 33610 with Apostle Andrew Holder officiating. Interment will be made in Rest Haven Memorial Park. Kenyatta was a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)—and was actively pursuing her dream of becoming a Registered Nurse (RN). Her passion for helping others radiated in both her professional and personal life.

She is survived by her six siblings: Dominic Knight, Kenny Bell Jr., Kendrick Bell, Kameron Bell, Sylvia Bell, & Kamerson Bell and wife; a host of nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, cousins and other relatives and friends. Kenyatta’s sudden departure leaves an unfillable void in the hearts of her family, friends, and community. Though her life was tragically cut short, Kenyatta’s legacy of love, determination, and service will continue to live on through her children and the many lives she touched. She will be remembered for her warm spirit, her boundless heart, and her relentless pursuit of a brighter future. Rest well, Kenyatta. Your light continues to shine.
