She has lived the majority of her life in Tampa, Florida and was educated in Hillsborough County.  She drove school bus for Hillsborough and Polk County. Sis. Lockly was a devout Christian, and an Evangelist.  She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.

She was preceded in death by her son Derrick Davis, father Ernest Lockly Sr., mother Ruby Lockly, and children's father, Frederick Davis Sr.

She leaves to cherish her memories: devoted daughter Teka Davis and sons, Frederick Davis Jr., and Shedrick Davis; grandchildren ZaKrya Davis, Serial Davis, Prenshaun Davis; great grandchildren Traven Williams, Zakaria Wiiriams; sisters Marilyn Lockly, Annie Marie Lockly; brothers Anthony E. Lockly; Ernest Lockly Jr.; necessary Stacie Smith, Zambria Tarver, Sierra Brooks, Dorcas Lockly; nephews, Freddie Judge, Corey Judge, Rufus Davis, Jaron Wright, Amario Gilbert, Torvorius Blair (Antoinette )Preston Kearse (Danielle), Roosevelt Lockly, Ernest Lockly Ill; cousins Frandna Lockly, Sherea Harper, Ernest Roberts, Herbert Richardson, Moses
