Mr. A.D. Moore

 Mr. A.D. Moore passed away on Sunday, November 2, 2025. Funeral services at Graveside will be held on January 3, 2026 at 12:30 pm at Orange Hill Cemetery with Bishop Saughanto Austin, officiating.

Mr. A.D. Moore was a native of Indianola, Mississippi, he was born on February 11, 1955 to Ms. Sallie Moore and Leroy Brim.

A.D. Moore served his country in the U.S. Navy, demonstrating courage, dedication, and an unwavering love for his fellow soldiers. After returning home, A.D. continued his life’s work of helping others. Whether it was repairing a neighbor’s car, servicing a washing machine, or fixing anything broken around the house, A.D. was always there to lend a hand. He had a quiet, steady kindness that made him someone you could always count on.

A.D. was truly a man who loved with his whole heart, and he will be remembered for his unwavering support, his generosity, and the joy he brought to those who knew him.

A.D. was preceded in death by his parents Sallie Moore- LeCount & Leroy Brim, his brother, Larry Isaac, grandparents, Johnnie & Moeal Moore, uncles & aunts Willie Moore, Johnnie Moore, Jackie Moore, Mable Ball, Robert Lee Moore, Louella Taylor, and Shirley Moore.

He leaves to mourn, his wife, Joycelyn Moore; Siblings Ola (Llalando) Austin, Wanda (Joseph) Forbes, Michael Isaac, Tylus Isaac , Jerome LeCount, LaQueta LeCount, Clunder LeCount Jr; loving nieces and nephews, Ykinena Simmons, Marlena (Michael Sr) Reddin, Marvin Simmons Jr, Joseph Forbes, Kiowana Forbes, Robert Taylor (Galloway), Tylanda Anderson, Briana Forbes, Marcus Forbes, Angel, Llalando II, Jonathan Austin. Great nieces and nephews; Jemirrah (Alphadalia) Brown, Ilexis (Deion) Reid, Mikecica (Imaria) Harvey, Antruanazia (Antonio) Shaw, Mekhiya Simmons, Michael Reddin Jr., Antruan Owens, Torry Brown, Marinique Reddin, Jermaine Forbes, Jorion Forbes, Caila Forbes, Christney Ramsey, Chrishanti Ramsey, Chauncey Anderson, Camille Okoli; A host of sorrowing family members and friends.
