Mrs. Mary Louise Williams
A beloved angel with a boundless heart and spirited laughter, peacefully departed this life on April 6, 2025, at the age of 91. Born on August 21, 1933, in Whigham, GA.
Mary's life was a beautiful symphony of compassion, humor, and unwavering love for those around her. Known affectionately as the heart of her family. Mary had an extraordinary ability to make anyone feel seen, welcomed, loved, and cherished. She worked as a domestic worker in many homes and businesses and found joy in life by the simplest pleasures from her long conversations of teaching those around her the true meaning of resilience and hope. She celebrated life's ups and navigated its downs with grace. Her infectious laughter always brightens any room she was in. Her warmth and wisdom touched countless lives, leaving an enduring imprint on her family, friends, and neighbors alike.
She was the daughter of the late Mary Williams and Charlie Berks and the granddaughter of the late Inar and Abram Williams and the spouse of the late James Williams.
She leaves behind a legacy of love, carried forward by her cherished family: the late JoAnn B Mordica, James A Williams, Johnny L Williams, Latrina Richardson, and 8 grandchildren and a host of great and great great grandchildren. While she will be deeply missed, Mary's vibrant spirit will live on, echoing in the laughter she shared and the memories she created.
A celebration of Mary's remarkable life will be held at Harmon Funeral Home 5002 N 40th Street, Tampa, FL 33610 on April 19, 2025 at 11:30 a.m., where family and friends are invited to honor her memory and reflect on stories of a life well-lived.
