Ayde “Cookie” Maynard

Ayde “Cookie” Maynard passed away on January 19, 2025, at the age of 55. Services were held on Saturday January 25, 2025 at Harmon Funeral Home. 

Ms. “Cookie” Maynard was a native of Miami and resident of Tampa fl. Cookie truly knew that there was more blessings  in giving than receiving . Her generosity knew no boundaries. She was not only generous but kind loving and funny! She was ambitious and when she set eyes on what she wanted , there was no stopping her. Cookie was an amazing mother and grandmother, loving sister and a beautiful soul who would help anyone. Her radiant smile lit up any room she entered and Her laughter left a lasting impression. She enjoyed going to the beach, dancing, and sharing laughter. She lived life to the fullest and especially loved spending time with her family, friends, and her beloved grandchildren. 

Although Cookie is gone, she will live in our hearts forever.

She is survived by her children, Rebecca Cargile, Barbara Pino, Vanessa Mercado, and her extended daughter Crystal Morris. Her grandchildren Kaniya, Kysandra, Kaleisia ,Kevin,Kevon, Kelsey, Kahiem, Ky’marion, Azmariyah, Aziah, Azhon, Azarrah, Azarreon, Kelina, Elyssa, Pedro, Ahniya, Ahmaud Jr. & Añila.  Her sisters: Milagros Rios, Andrea “Belkis” De La Cruz. Her extended sister Erica Gutierrez.
