Mrs. Patricia Yvonne Evans

 Mrs.Patricia Yvonne Evans was born on November 18, 1954, in Midway, Florida, to the late Mildred Walker and late Curtis Jackson, Sr. On February 5, 2026, Patricia peacefully answered God’s call and transitioned from this earthly life, leaving behind a legacy of love, faith, strength, and cherished memories.  Patricia Yvonne Evans was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Dave Evans Jr.; her cherished mother, Mildred Williams; her father, Curtis Jackson Sr.; her dear son, Sam Jackson; her brother, James Trotter; and a host of heavenly angels who welcomed her home into eternal rest.    Patricia Yvonne Evans leaves to cherish her loving memory her beloved daughters, Donna Chapman (Jawain Sr.) and Lisa Denson (Harrison), both of Tampa, Florida, and Temika Smith of Tallahassee, Florida; her cherished grandchildren, Jadah Slaughter, Jawain Slaughter Jr., and Ardavia Denson; her loving siblings, Donna Harris, Walter Walker (Delores), Curtis Jackson Jr. (Rebecca), Valerie Hunter (Timothy), Wanda Jackson, Gwendolyn Jackson, Isaac Williams (Angela), Karen Hall, Wonderlyn Davis, Terry Williams (Lisa), Tina Williams, Mary Williams ; her devoted aunt, Sarah Orr; her caring uncles, Roy Walker and William Walker; her sisters-in-law, Anita Heyward (Plant City, FL) and Joann Crumbley (Wayneboro, GA); her brother-in-law, Eddie Evans (Tampa, FL); her nephew/son, Donnie Evans; her devoted “sister from another mother,” Cynthia Lovett; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends who will forever treasure her love and legacy.  Patricia loved too many to name individually, but if you were blessed to know her, please know that she loved you deeply and sincerely.
